On Wednesday, usually if the weather is alright, we practice for athletics and the
skip-a-thon. One of the events is
discus in athletics, I'm going to tell you how to do it. First of all you stand sideways, and as you are moving your arm
forwards you pivot around on your left foot.Once your arm is in front of your body you let go of the
discus. Hopefully the
discus went a long way! If you're left handed you stand the other way and pivot on your right foot.
