Triathlon Success

Last Thursday, many witnessed the superb effort of Room 8 in the OLA Triathlon.

We had so many top finishers, I lost count. Another area where Room 8 will rule supreme.

This was not a fluke, however fantastic determination and grit from the Room 8 students in their regular practises.

I was continually impressed with the children as they brought all the correct gear and their enthusiasm to try their best regularly.

Dear Parents,



Today we had a run through of the triathlon and the children displayed great determination. It has been a pleasure to see the children progress in their running, swimming and now cycling.



I have been consistently amazed with the improvement and effort the children in the M team have been putting into training for the triathlon.


The times are on the school website, with the newsletters and the sports link. These are approximate, so please be early to ensure you do not miss your child's race.

The day will be fun and we would love to see you.

Triathlon Gear

In Week 2 the children will start training for the triathlon. Can you please ensure you have your running shoes and sports socks. Also boys will need a shirt to run in. This shirt does not have to be the white polo, however it is not a fashion show.

Be responsible Room 8 children and ensure you pack your own school bags.
