Term 1 Values Assembly - Responsiblity

Today OLA had our first values assembly. This was a great success with the theme 'Responsibility' shining through. Many thanks to Mrs McDowell and Mrs Earl, who planned the assembly with beautiful songs and a great clip to help the children understand responsibility.

I have attached the clip to our blog so that parents who were unable to attend our values assembly, can see what the children understand about responsibility.

Room 8 Week 2 Goal

The children in Room 8 will be responsible for their own property.

Our goal in Week 2 is that the children in Room 8 will carry their own school bag to and from school. When at school I (the child) will unpack my bag and be ready for the day ahead.
