Finally, the weather cleared up to take the Room 8 children outside for some sports. Last Thursday afternoon the children learnt some basktball skills - dribbling the ball and chest passes. The children practised shooting the ball into the hoop, work in progress. Joshua K who was unable to participate shot some video footage using the FlipVideo camera. He did an excellent job, capturing the children in all their sporting glory.
One day of sports was not enough and so on Friday the Room 8 children went outside and practised some rugby skills. The children enjoyed the fresh air and being outside to play.
