Today, the M team went to the Air Force Museum. The children of Room 8 had a fantastic time and many thanks to the parents who helped on this outing. The above photos are a snippet of the fun the children and the teacher had. The bomb raid gave the children a chance to experience what it was like in the Pacific during World War 2. The children also experienced the role and responsibility of the Air Force in New Zealand today.
Ask your child what they enjoyed the most. It would be a great family outing and they can share some history that they learnt about the aircrafts.

You certainly looked like you had a fantastic time at the Air Force Museum and no doubt learned a lot about NZ's part in both wars. The A Team are looking forward to their visit and taking part in the activities.
